Governo de MS institui programa e selo de inclusão étnico-racial em escolas estaduais – Agência de Noticias do Governo de Mato Grosso do Sul
As escolas estaduais de Mato Grosso do Sul passaram a contar com duas novas iniciativas para promover a inclusão, desenvolvidas pela SED (Secretaria de Estado de Educação). A primeira é o programa Raças e Etnias de MS – Educação para Relações Étnico-Raciais (Pro-ERER/MS). Já a segunda ação é o Selo Educação para Relações Étnico-Raciais (Selo-ERER/MS).
O decreto que institui essas iniciativas foi publicado no Diário Oficial desta quinta-feira (14), sendo assinado pelo governador Eduardo Riedel e pelo secretário de Educação, Helio Queiroz Daher. A publicação detalhe as disposições de cada uma das ações.
No caso do Raças e Etnias MS, o programa visa promover a discussão, participação e fortalecer as ações para democratizar e implementar políticas públicas educacionais para relações étnico-raciais, divulgando assim práticas de educação para tais objetivos.
Práticas de intervenção pedagógicas serão estimuladas pelo programa, que também tem como objetivo certificar as escolas estaduais sul-mato-grossenses com o Selo-ERER/MS, tendo elas cumprindo os eixos especificados, que são gestão escolar, currículo e projeto político pedagócio, e endomunicação para relações étnico-raciais.
Ficará ao cargo do secretário de Educação regulamentar as disposições para “fiel cumprimento” do decreto, segundo a publicação. A regulamentação deverá ser feita por resolução normativa, que antece o lançamento do edital das duas iniciativas e os eventos de divulgação das mesmas.
