Governo vai recapear ruas de Paranaíba e avançar nas obras de infraestrutura da cidade – Agência de Noticias do Governo de Mato Grosso do Sul

Com foco no desenvolvimento de Paranaíba, o governador Eduardo Riedel anunciou novos investimentos para cidade, entre eles o recapeamento de ruas do município, no valor de R$ 17 milhões. Também foi acordado a construção de um túnel na BR-158, para travessia dos trabalhadores do parque industrial.

Outros projetos do Estado na cidade vão avançar, entre eles o recapeamento da pista do aeroporto (R$ 5,6 milhões) e a iluminação do local (R$ 1,3 milhão), assim como o acesso a Usina Cedro, que vai receber a pavimentação de 7 km, no valor de R$ 35 milhões.

Neste pacote tem a obra de canalização do Córrego Fazendinha, que tem investimento de R$ 18 milhões do Governo do Estado. “São obras que vão melhorar a qualidade de vida da população e dos trabalhadores de Paranaíba. Nosso foco é contribuir para o desenvolvimento da cidade, atendendo as prioridades que são definidas pelas lideranças locais”, afirmou o governador.

O prefeito de Paranaíba, Maycol Henrique Queiroz, agradeceu ao governador pelos novos investimentos e obras que já estão em andamento. “Hoje foram mais R$ 17 milhões em recapeamento para as ruas da nossa cidade e tem a continuidade da canalização do Córrego Fazendinha, assim como obra no aeroporto e outros investimentos como o acesso a Usina Cedro. Só temos que agradecer por esta parceria”.

Ainda destacou a importância da construção do túnel na BR-158. “Vai beneficiar muito os trabalhadores do parque industrial. Na volta do trabalho eles precisam atravessar uma pista dupla que é muito perigosa para ir para cidade. É uma rodovia muito movimentada e agora o governador vai resolver. Investimento de R$ 900 mil”, disse o prefeito.

Também participaram da reunião os deputados estaduais Paulo Corrêa, Mara Caseiro e Gerson Claro – presidente da Assembleia – além dos secretários estaduais Hélio Peluffo (Seilog), Eduardo Rocha (Casa Civil), João Cesar Mattogrosso (adjunto da Casa Civil) e os vereadores da cidade.
