Em fórum sobre inclusão, professora alerta que apenas 39,2% dos cargos de gerência nas empresas brasileiras são ocupados por mulheres – Prefeitura da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro

A desigualdade entre homens e mulheres no mercado de trabalho no país é grande. No Fórum Caminhos para Inclusão — Estratégias Inovadoras em RH, promovido pela Secretaria Municipal de Trabalho e Renda (SMTE), a professora Liliane Furtado, da Coppead-UFRJ, revelou que apenas 39,2% dos cargos de gerência nas empresas brasileiras são ocupados por mulheres, frente a 60,8% pelos homens, mesmo elas sendo a maioria da população (51,5% dos brasileiros). Os dados, segundo a pesquisadora, são da Pnad Contínua do IBGE.

Representantes de 25 instituições, entre empresas privadas, órgãos públicos e terceiro setor, estiveram reunidos nesta quinta-feira (21/03), no auditório do Centro Administrativo São Sebastião, na Cidade Nova, para discutir a diversidade no mercado de trabalho. No encontro, foram abordados casos de incorporação ao mercado de trabalho de grupos historicamente excluídos, como pessoas com deficiência, população LGBTQIA+, negros, jovens em busca do primeiro emprego e trabalhadores com mais de 50 anos à procura de recolocação.

– O que nós estamos hoje querendo construir é um mercado de trabalho em parceria, escutando tanto as instituições que cuidam da inclusão quanto os empresários, para que possamos ter um novo mercado de trabalho que garanta oportunidades para todos – defendeu o secretário municipal de Trabalho e Renda, Everton Gomes, no painel de abertura do fórum.

O secretário lembrou as ações da SMTE para a inclusão pelo trabalho, como o posto avançado do Trabalha Rio na sede do Grupo Arco-Íris (Rua da Carioca 45, Centro). Lá, na histórica ONG de defesa da população LGBTQIA+, todas as sextas-feiras dezenas de integrantes do segmento são atendidos, em busca de oportunidades profissionais.

Entre as autoridades presentes ao fórum estavam ainda o secretário municipal de Inclusão e Diversidade Religiosa do Rio, Sergio Fernandes, a subsecretária municipal da Pessoa com Deficiência, Flavia Cortinovis (que explicou a parceria entre a SMTE e a SMPD na promoção da empregabilidade dos PCDs), e Dianduala Nguidi, presidente do Comitê de Políticas Públicas para Refugiados, Imigrantes e Apátridas do Município do Rio de Janeiro (Comparm-Rio).
