Documento aprovado pelo Conselho Superior oferece transparência sobre as ações e resultados do IFSP ao longo do último ano

O Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo (IFSP), por meio da Diretoria de Desenvolvimento Institucional – Pró-Reitoria de Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Institucional (DDI-PRD), tem a satisfação de informar à comunidade sobre a disponibilidade do Relatório de Gestão IFSP 2023. O documento, aprovado pelo Conselho Superior (Consup) por meio da Resolução n.º 16/2024, já está acessível no portal de Transparência e Prestação de Contas da instituição.

O Relatório de Gestão (RG) é um componente essencial do processo de prestação de contas do IFSP, que visa atender não apenas às determinações de órgãos de controle, como o Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU), mas também às expectativas da sociedade em relação à transparência e à responsabilidade na aplicação dos recursos públicos. 

Adotando o formato de Relato Integrado (RI), o documento se apresenta de forma concisa e estratégica, buscando divulgar os principais resultados alcançados pela instituição ao longo do ano de referência. Por meio do Relatório de Gestão 2023, a comunidade pode verificar de maneira detalhada como o IFSP tem respondido às demandas sociais e como tem buscado gerar valor público por meio de suas atividades educacionais, científicas e tecnológicas.

O acesso ao Relatório de Gestão oferece uma oportunidade valiosa para que estudantes, servidores, parceiros e demais interessados possam conhecer e avaliar o desempenho e a eficácia das ações desenvolvidas pelo IFSP, contribuindo assim para uma gestão mais transparente e participativa da instituição.
