A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Sorocaba deteve um homem de 32 anos de idade, por descumprir medida protetiva judicial, após aproximar-se de sua companheira e atacá-la em frente a um bar na Vila Barão, Zona Oeste de Sorocaba, por volta das 23h40 de sábado (13). Inicialmente, ele chegou a ser contido por populares e precisou de cuidados médicos, antes de ter sua prisão em flagrante determinada pela equipe da Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM).

A GCM foi acionada pela própria vítima, de 29 anos de idade, que acionou o aplicativo de monitoramento de mulheres que já sofreram violência doméstica e que têm medida protetiva expedida pela Justiça. Ao chegar ao local, os guardas conversaram com as partes envolvidas no caso. Naquele momento, o agressor estava caído no chão, com o celular da vítima, aparentemente danificado.

A mulher relatou que foi atacada e agredida fisicamente pelo marido, que também pegou o celular dela à força, e depois fugiu. A vítima, acompanhada de amigos, perseguiu o homem, que tentou escapar pelo telhado de residências e caiu de uma altura de aproximadamente quatro metros.

Conforme apurado pela GCM, ao retornar para a rua, o agressor foi surpreendido pelas pessoas que o procuravam, resultando em confronto físico. Ele, inclusive, apresentava luxação na mão direita e ferimento no quadril.

Na DDM, o delegado de plantão foi informado sobre os fatos e ratificou a prisão do acusado. Porém, devido às dores, o agressor foi conduzido para uma unidade de saúde, onde permaneceu internado, sob acompanhamento da Polícia Militar, para ser encaminhado ao sistema carcerário, à disposição da Justiça.
