O Posto Operacional da UMMVE (Unidade Mista de Monitoramento Virtual Estadual) em Corumbá tem se destacado como um elemento crucial na preservação da segurança pública na região de fronteira com a Bolívia, desde sua inauguração há mais de cinco anos. O posto é responsável por supervisionar aqueles, sob monitoração com tornozeleira, cumprindo penas de regime semiaberto, aberto, medidas cautelares e protetivas, além de prisão domiciliar na região.

Recentemente, a base de Corumbá alcançou um marco significativo ao se tornar a primeira do interior a ter um braço do Gafip (Grupo de Ações em Fiscalização e Intervenção Penitenciária) em atuação, refletindo seu papel essencial na administração do sistema prisional e na manutenção da ordem pública.

No início do mês passado, o Posto Operacional da UMMVE na cidade recebeu uma viatura operacional, fortalecendo sua capacidade de atuação e mobilidade. Desde então, iniciaram-se as atividades pelo grupamento.

Além das atividades rotineiras de colocação, retirada e manutenção dos equipamentos de monitoração eletrônica, os policiais penais desempenham a fiscalização in loco. Eles oferecem orientação aos monitorados, garantindo o cumprimento adequado das medidas impostas pela justiça.

Entre as ações de destaque neste primeiro mês de atuação do Gafip de Corumbá estão a recuperação de 100% das tornozeleiras rompidas. Também realizou 14 encaminhamentos de monitorados para autoridades policiais após consultar o BNMP (Banco Nacional de Mandados de Prisão), apresentando mandados de prisão em aberto. Ao todo, foram 10 orientações e ciências sobre incidências, reforçando o cumprimento das condições do regime de monitoração.

Relatório apresentado pela UMMVE também revela que foram trocados cinco equipamentos que apresentavam problemas na transmissão e descarga dos dados, garantindo o funcionamento adequado do sistema de monitoração.

Para o diretor da UMMVE, Maicon Roslen de Melo, a eficiência das operações realizadas pelo Posto Operacional de Corumbá é evidente. “Destacam-se também as ações de fiscalização em monitorados com troca de carregadores, em equipamentos sem sinal de GPS e GPRS, bem como o acompanhamento de monitorados com múltiplas incidências, orientando-os a justificarem suas ações”, pontua.

Na ultima semana, por exemplo, relata Maycon, policiais penais do Grupamento de Ações e Fiscalização Penitenciária da cidade detiveram dois homens por descumprimento das regras de monitoramento eletrônico e um outro que estava evadido do sistema penitenciário.

Na opinião do dirigente, com suas ações incisivas e resultados tangíveis, os policiais penais da base de Corumbá, que agora também compõem o Gafip, desempenham um papel fundamental na luta contra o crime e na proteção da comunidade corumbaense e da região, garantindo a eficácia do sistema de monitoração eletrônica e promovendo a ressocialização dos indivíduos monitorados.
