Onde assistir a série D 2024?

A aguardada Série D do Campeonato Brasileiro inicia neste sábado (27), porém, há incerteza quanto à transmissão dos jogos. A Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF) confirmou ao Última Divisão que os direitos de imagem não foram vendidos, deixando os clubes livres para realizarem suas próprias transmissões, com os direitos pertencendo aos mandantes como descrito em https://jornaldelimeira.com.br  .

É crucial compreender que, na Série D, os clubes cedem os direitos à CBF para negociação, conforme estabelecido no regulamento da competição, assinado por todos os clubes participantes. No entanto, até o momento, nenhum acordo foi alcançado entre a CBF e qualquer canal de transmissão.

Em março, Paulo Pimenta, Ministro-chefe da Secretaria de Comunicação Social, anunciou que a TV Brasil transmitiria a Série D. No entanto, a falta de um acordo formal entre a CBF e os canais de televisão levanta dúvidas sobre a disponibilidade da transmissão para os fãs de futebol em todo o país.

Enquanto não houver tal acordo, os clubes mandantes têm permissão para transmitir os jogos. Eles podem fazê-lo em seus próprios canais, porém, não estão autorizados a negociar esses direitos com outras mídias.

É provável que alguns jogos permaneçam sem transmissão, já que nem todos os clubes possuem a infraestrutura necessária para realizar as transmissões, especialmente diante dessa decisão de última hora.
