Prefeitura inaugura a Casa da Mulher “Zeila Pozzatti” – Prefeitura Estância Turística Guaratinguetá

A Prefeitura inaugurou nesta quarta-feira (27), a Casa da Mulher “Zeila Pozzatti”, que será responsável por atender e prestar toda a assistência necessárias para as mulheres vítimas de qualquer tipo de violência em nosso município, além de trabalhar com ações de apoio psicossocial, oficinas de arte, de defesa pessoal e cursos de qualificação profissional visando a independência financeira da mulher.

A Casa da Mulher terá também forte atuação na proteção básica, com o objetivo de fortalecer a estrutura familiar da mulher, para que ela possa ter condições de romper com ciclos de violência que possam estar sendo vivenciados dentro da casa, atuando de maneira preventiva. Além disso, em parceria com a OAB (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil), será prestada toda assistência jurídica necessária às mulheres.

O local possui as seguintes instalações: Secretaria da Mulher, Serviço Social, Psicologia, Atendimento da OAB e da Delegacia da Mulher, Assistência de Enfermagem, Sala de Reuniões, Brinquedoteca, Sala Multiuso, Sanitários, Sanitários Adaptados e Recepção. Algumas salas serão disponibilizadas para reuniões do Conselho da Mulher, dos Serviços de Convênios e para a Rede Socio-assistencial das organizações, teremos no local Assistente Social, Psicólogo, Equipes Técnicas, Administrativas e Atendimentos com Advogados e Enfermeiros.

O Projeto da Casa da Mulher foi iniciado pela Primeira-dama Andréa Évora Soliva em 2021, em parceria com a Secretaria da Assistência Social. O valor total investido na obra foi de R$ 462.155.14, contando com parte da devolução do duodécimo da câmara municipal.

A Casa da Mulher “Zeila Pozzatti” recebe este nome em homenagem a grande profissional que foi Diretora do Escritório Regional de Assistência Social (ERAS) da Secretaria Estadual de Assistência e Desenvolvimento Social, sediado em Guaratinguetá de 1977 até 2003.

Sobre a homenageada:

Zeila Pozzatti foi uma profissional engajada no movimento nacional de crianças e adolescentes em situação de rua, contribuindo na elaboração do Estatuto da Criança e Adolescente (ECA) e sua implantação, não só no município de Guaratinguetá, como nas cidades vizinhas. Contribuiu também para a criação da Lei Orgânica da Assistência Social (LOAS) e ativamente na municipalização da assistência social nos municípios, garantindo que a assistência social se tornasse efetivamente uma política pública.

Zeila supervisionou junto a OSC, atual Fazenda da Esperança, SOS e Secretaria de Assistência Social de Guaratinguetá e região, o programa estadual PLIMEC, voltado para crianças, adolescentes e família, que priorizava atendimentos individual e/ou em grupo às mulheres em situação de vulnerabilidade, incentivando-as com ações que as tornavam protagonistas e resilientes, em seu universo familiar e, principalmente, como cidadãs de direitos.

Além disso, contribuiu significativamente com o Dr. Mauro Morelli, na implantação do Centro de Referência de Alimentação Nutricional Sustentável, com sede em Guaratinguetá, para atendimento de vinte e um municípios do Vale Histórico, articulou a rede socioassistencial dos municípios e supervisionou, enquanto diretora do ERAS, todas as organizações sociais parceiras de Guaratinguetá, no período, garantindo-lhes os repasses de recursos Estadual e Federal para o desenvolvimento de seus programas, projetos, e demais ações.
