Nova Iguaçu promove feira de adoção de pets nesta quarta-feira (10)
A Prefeitura de Nova Iguaçu vai promover mais uma edição da famosa feira de adoção de cães e gatos nesta quarta-feira (10). O evento vai acontecer na praça de eventos do Top Shopping, Os 21 gatos e 13 cães ficarão disponíveis para adoção das 10h às 15h.
Para adotar um animal, o possível tutor deverá preencher um termo de adoção responsável, se comprometendo a dar os devidos cuidados para o animal. Os pets são entregues já castrados e vermifugados, com exceção dos filhotes, que não possuem idade para passar pelo procedimento.
A Feira de Adoção é organizada pela Assessoria Especial de Proteção Animal, órgão ligado à Secretaria Municipal de Governo (SEMUG), e conta com o apoio da Subsecretaria de Vigilância em Saúde e de protetores parceiros de animais de rua. São estes protetores que resgatam e cuidam dos animais até que eles recebam um lar.
Para Naira, assessora especial de Proteção Animal, cada feira é importante para que esses animais sejam adotados em definitivo.
“Toda feira é uma grande expectativa, todos nós esperamos que cada bichinho seja acolhido por um tutor para terem uma vida melhor”, afirmou.
