AVISO DE CANCELAMENTO DA DISPENSA DE LICITAÇÃO Nº. 17/2024 – Prefeitura Municipal de Bonito
O MUNICIPIO DE BONITO/MS, através da Agente de Contratação, por determinação do Excelentíssimo Prefeito Municipal, torna público, a quem possa interessar, o cancelamento da Dispensa de Licitação n° 17/2024, que tem por objeto a AQUISIÇÃO DE TESTE RÁPIDO PARA A DETECÇÃO ANTIGÊNICA DA COVID, PARA ATENDER AS NECESSIDADES DA SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE SAÚDE DE BONITO – MS, com fulcro no art. nº 75, inciso II da Lei Federal 14.133/2021. As razões que fundamentaram o presente cancelamento se encontram à disposição dos interessados nos autos do processo de Dispensa em epígrafe.
